My First Crochet Braid Experience: 1 month later

1 month later and loving it!

Still loving it 1 month later! It actually looks better with time. It is super low maintenance all I do in the morning is shake it out and put on a little hair mousse and good to go.
I wash my hair as I usually did, treat and moisturize my scalp every week.













My First Crochet Braid Experience

I am going to start by saying a big thank you to Nirva from Private Salon. The salon isn't officially open yet but she took me anyway and she did a great job. I am loving this hairstyle. It's simple, low maintenance and protects my hair. 

The process took about 3 hours. After a wash, deep conditioning and a needed trimming she cornrowed my hair and fed the extensions through the cornrow using a latch hook. That's it, That simple!

This protective hairstyle should last about 6-8 weeks.
