Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day 
Flaxseed Crepes
Flaxseed Crepes

250 ml (1 cup) flour
45 ml (3 tablespoons) flax seeds
3 eggs
250 ml (1 cup) milk
180 ml (3/4 cup) water
30 ml (2 tablespoons) melted butter

In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, except for the flaxseed, until the mixture is smooth. Pass the batter through a sieve. Stir in the ground flaxseed. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush with butter. Pour about 75 ml (1/3 cup) of batter for each pancake. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Serve with with fruits.

Hard boil Egg Sandwich
Hardboil Egg Sandwich

1  hard boiled eggs
Baby spinach
Sliced cucumbers
2 strip of bacon
6" Multigrains Baguette
Dijon mustard

Cut baguette in half lengthwise and spread dijon mustard on both side. Slice the egg crosswise into 1/8-1/4″ slices. Top with the slice cucumbers and bacon.
